We're called Down Farm and are situated in an organic south facing Valley on the fringes of Exmoor, surrounded by other organic farms and fantastic views.  We've over 50 acres of fields and woodland for you to explore.

This is where you'll be staying...

If you look at the photograph above you'll see Copper Kettle Cottage and Ladybird Barn are almost in the centre of the land along with the main farmhouse (were we live) . The ancient woods complete with treehouse are lower down to the right, the new wood below that and the lake - nice and safe out of the picture to the lower right.

The entrance is right at the top along with a small christmas tree plantation where the four pigs live - a heavenly spot with amazing views.......

We've a super treehouse, with a linked rope walk - obviously it's great for kids but also for adults as it makes an excellent vantage spot to hide away and photograph the deer and owls.....

and we have a delightful "secret" lake with a lake house that's hidden away and can only be accessed along a magical track.....

...there's fishing tackle you can borrow and try your hand at fly fishing for trout, a boat with life jackets and even a slide ....

Love North Devon is run by Adrian and Amanda Budd and their sons Lewis and Frazer. Adrian is a retired navy engineer and enjoys photography, Amanda loves to foster cats and gardening, Lewis is 14 and loves football and singing and Frazer who's 12 likes football and sailing and playing in his tree house. Both the boys are in the Navy Sea Cadets and are the friendliest kids you could wish to meet. also at Love North Devon.... Hen in the orchard Carp and Brown Trout in the lake - the trout make their way up the stream in the autumn. Lambs and cats Friendly pigs and wildlife including geese, owls, buzzards, deer, foxes, squirrels.....   and beautiful views around every corner at any time of year....
